Soprano Cheryl Eitman loves musical theater and has performed in many local productions. Among her favorite roles are Marion Paroo (The Music Man), Eliza Doolittle (My Fair Lady), Rose (Secret Garden), and Nancy (Oliver!). She also played Rebecca Whitney in the independent film The Way Home. At Indiana University, she earned a BA degree, studying music and psychology. She is now a cantorial soloist with the Temple-Tifereth Israel, Fairmount Temple, and Montefiore Home.

Cheryl taught Kindermusik™, a music/movement curriculum for children/parents for six years. As the busy mother of four lively girls, including one with special needs (her oldest has Down Syndrome), she has gained first-hand knowledge of the importance of early intervention and has enjoyed helping other parents give their children the best possible start in life!

Mezzo-soprano Beverly Simmons is a singer, arts administrator, and graphic designer. Born in Denver, she earned a doctorate in early music at Stanford University and moved to Cleveland with her husband Ross Duffin. Her career includes stints as a music professor, classical music radio announcer, international artist manager, choral conductor, executive director, and mother of two. Currently, she sings with Apollo's Fire: The Cleveland Baroque Orchestra, and Quire Cleveland. She is also founder/manager of the concert series Chapel, Court & Countryside: Early Music at Harkness.

After her arts-and-science-minded children left for college, she began appearing in musical theater. She is often (type-)cast as a Jewish mother or a nun (Fiddler, Ragtime, South Pacific, Secret Garden, 110 in the Shade, Oliver!), and has sung the role of the Mother Abbess (The Sound of Music).
